Come every week, or drop in when you can
Classes are 60 minutes
We’ll follow a 10-week cycle to revisit techniques and build muscle memory over time
We address a range of topics following Empowerment Self-Defense principles: Think, Yell, Run, Fight, and Tell.
No Experience Required
Come as you are — whether you’re brand new to self-defense or coming back for more. Classes are beginner-friendly, inclusive, and designed for all fitness levels and body types.
